It is a murder mystery that remains unsolved even after nine years, but on October 12 Aarushi Talwar's parents — Rajesh and Nupur — were exonerated in the case by Allahabad High Court.
The verdict was announced as in 2013 the dentist couple was sentenced to life only on the basis of circumstantial proof. The lack of evidence, failure to prove them guilty and mere suspicion gave them the benefit of doubt. Hence, Aarushi's parents were absolved of the charges against them in their daughter's murder.
However, the narco tests done on the three helps — Krishna Thadarai, Raj Kumar, Vijay Mandal pointed at one common link. In all three testimonies it was understood that they were together at Talwars’ residence with Hemraj and drinking.
Narco analysis is not an admissible evidence in court but this is what the trio told:
